BRIDGE is Lightful Learning's flagship programme for impact organisations looking to future-proof their operations at a time of great change

A BRIDGE to a better world

The BRIDGE programme works with international foundations, companies and donors to build the digital capacity of their grantees.

Over six or 12 months, BRIDGE teaches participants the skills they need to increase their effectiveness across digital channels and raise more funds online.

Flexible and scalable

The programme is designed for grassroots organisations and small to mid-sized charities from around the world.

BRIDGE can be adapted to meet the diverse needs of our funding partners and their grantees, with content customised to a particular geographical region (e.g. Sub-Saharan Africa, Greater London) and/or for a specific cause area (e.g. Women & Girls, Environment).

BRIDGE objectives

The goal of the BRIDGE programme is to build participants’ confidence in three areas - strategy, storytelling and fundraising - so that they gain the knowledge, understanding and experience to reach more people and raise more funds.

  • Design a strategy to grow audiences across the globe

  • Become expert digital storytellers

  • Raise more funds through effective digital campaigns

Participants learn how to think strategically about their digital presence and develop the skills they need to execute effective online campaigns by using a wide range of digital tools. And if they ever need extra help, they can call on expert support over the course of a six or 12 month programme.

Skills

You will leave BRIDGE confident in your abilities to:

  • Develop the core skills needed to become more resilient when using digital

  • Build a strategy to help plan, run and analyse social media campaigns in order to reach and engage a wider audience

  • Learn best practice from strategic masterclasses on key digital and social media topics delivered by sector experts

Tools

Learn when you want, how you want and take your knowledge from the classroom to the community with:

  • Premium level access to the award-winning Lightful Social Platform and the Lightful Learning website for the duration of the programme to support learning and doing

  • The Lightful Social Platform is a social media management tool designed specifically for small to medium-sized charities that speeds up social scheduling, increases impact and saves time

  • Lightful Learning is a comprehensive library of e-learning content, which includes a syllabus of on-demand videos as well as downloadable templates and resources

  • One-to-one support with our experienced relationship management team
